The Melbourne Tigers are coming to town this week for two preseason games on Monday and Tuesday. Taipans.com for ticket and game information.
The Tigers are. Coming off of a few nice wins vs the Townsville Crocodiles. Skip will be trying to play his first game since injuring his knee early last week. Should be a good test for us entering the blitz in Darwin. 5 games in one week isn’t ideal but will give us a good idea of what we are about as a team. The season will be here before we know it and over quick so better get things rolling with a few wins to boost our confidence.

Got both wi s this week over the Blaze. First game was a blow out but the second was much closer but thanks to Vale and Melzer bailing us out with two three’s in the closing seconds allowed us to tie the game. We were mostly down the whole time but hung in there as a group and pulled it out. I think we are going to face a lot of games like this durning the year so it was a good test for us. Still trying to find our chemistry and what each persons role is on the team but that will take time as it always does with new teams.
